Andries "The Fish"
Andries was a Freelance smuggler, supplying Grossbart with Black Lotus.
Fred was supposed to meet up with his, and rejoin Grossbart, but Rikkert's crew found out about this and faced Andries.
Always eager to save his own skin, he eventually decided to sell Grossbart out, revealing the location of where he was supposed to deliver Fred upon his return. This led the crew to Grossbart's temple.
The crew told Andries to leave the city, but he made a deal, selling his accountant to them and his smuggler's cave, as well as the promise of continued supply of Black Lotus, at a high price.

Grossbart's guards
Two of these vile creatures were protecting Grossbart in his 'temple' during the showdown between the (former) Captain of Suiddock and Rikkert's Crew.
